The City of Glen Cove Youth Bureau, established in 1981 is the premier organization in the City dedicated to providing a safe and welcoming environment so that all youth, all families and the entire community achieve their potential.

The Center offers a variety of programs, events and services, for all youth and their families within our community. There are services available after school hours, at both the center and at the After 3 Program locations.

Glen Cove Youth Bureau Camp- Experience Summer Fun!

  The Glen Cove Youth Bureau is proud to announce the return of our Summer Camp!

The Glen Cove Youth Bureau Summer Camp will take place at theRobert M. Finley Middle School, Monday, July 7-Friday, August 15 between the hours of 8:45am-3pm. Children entering grades 1-5, in the fall, will participate in an array of activities including arts & crafts, outdoor recreation, special events/activities and a minimum of 3 offsite trips weekly to exciting locations such as Adventureland, Kzam, Country Fair Entertainment, Cantiague Park, and Atlantis Marine World.  The fun continues during onsite days with Gamin’ Ride, Mad Science, an exotic animal display, and more.  Applications may be picked up at the Glen Cove Youth Center located at 128B Glen Street beginning April 1.

Registration dates are: April 22, 23 and 24 from 9:30am-12pm; April 24 from 4pm-6pm.  Only completed applications, with proof of physical exam (as of July 1, 2013), updated immunizations and fee of $350 will be accepted.  A 10% sibling discount is also available.

The ceremony and the unveiling took place August 8 2013, at 6:30 pm at 128B Glen St. Glen Cove.  A small reception followed after the unveiling at the Center.
